Dear doctor Chang, I am the patient that came in at 11am yesterday.hope u remember who I am.i am writing in with regards to my pores and texture issues , I was actually wondering if intradermal botox will work for me ? Is it true that it will stretch out the skin so that my pores and poor texture will not be visible ? Because as what I have mentioned to u yesterday , my skin became in this current state due to fractional rf , so I am really not confident enough to go through the intracell treatment. From my understanding intracell treatment do reduce pores sizes and address textural issues .. But my question here is will I be able to get back the kinda smooth and matte complexion ? Or will it just improve the look of the ‘orange peel’ texture on my cheeks now ?
Thanks for your query Gwee. Botox is unlikely to help much. Gold standard for textural change is a resurfacing with lasers and rf. Intracel has achieved decent results. Currently technology has not reached a stage for complete eradication. We are talking about 50 percent improvement after 4 monthly sessions. Please call us for further information. Have a nice day!

May I know if laser at your clinic can help with mild acne problem around jaw/temple area? Will it be too harsh for the skin and does it help with preventing/reducing future outbreaks? Further, I suppose this laser is different from laser resurfacing, because I do not require the latter. Thanks for the reply!

The short answer is, it depends. As every skin is unique, your doctor will assess your skin and schedule a regime that is in your best interest. Factors include your skin type, skin condition, and choice of treatment modality.
